Satellite hotspots, mapped fire perimeters, evacuation orders and conditions — British Columbia.
Hotspots are satellite detections, not mapped fires — one point is a hot pixel on one pass. Perimeters and evacuation orders are the official record.
Air quality comes from two networks on different scales: government AQHI (1–10+, larger rings) and PurpleAir consumer sensors shown as US AQI (0–500, small dots, EPA-corrected). Each marker prints its own number.
